"Through the Darkness" represents times of trouble, hardship, pain and fear. It is representative of both a questioning of faith and a stranglehold on faith. We all have had times of darkness in our lives where it is really hard to see the light; to see the positive. 

In this painting there is a strong message to keep going! Just because you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, does not mean it isn’t there. All things work out in the end. If things have not worked out, then it isn't the end. 

One of the reasons that we use the number 42 for our business name, is in reference to the degree at which light travels through water to create a rainbow. The symbolism here is that when you are faced with a storm, KEEP GOING!! It is only after you go through the storm that you find the rainbow.
