It is in communion with nature that we recharge. We are walking, talking batteries and Mother Earth is our energy source. Get outside. Walk barefoot on the grass. Hug a tree and feel the life force pulsing through, drawing it up from the depths of the Earth and out into the stratosphere. It is only when we can recharge our own batteries that we can aid others in doing the same.
