Together we will listen to each other’s stories; enjoy brain-healthy foods and drinks; sit with a Crystal Skull of your choosing for the session; share resources and build connections. Class is pay in advance/drop-in. I’d prefer some notice so I can plan food and chairs, but all are welcome, even last minute, with no judgment. I hope you can make it.
